Exceptional service

Exceptional service! The technician arrived in 35 minutes (this was a home start). He was helpful and courteous. He didn't leave until he was happy that my car was in perfect working order and this included driving the car. When he still wasn't happy, he made more adjustments and I've had no problems with my car since. The customer service team are also great, my call was answered really quickly and my contact was friendly and professional. In addition, the price is excellent!

Don’t care about long term customers

I have been a very happy customer for several years and paid in the region of £28 every year for my policy. This year they send me a quote for over £40 so I go onto a comparison site and find it for £28. I call them to ask if they can renew for this price over the phone which they said the best they could do was £30.79I said I may as well renew through the comparison site. I’m the meantime they cancel my renewal even though they said they don’t take automatic payment.I tried to take the policy out online but it came back with an error and quoted me £44. I phoned again to ask if I could take the policy price of £30.79 to be told that as the policy had now been cancelled I had to pay the new customer price which was more.Great customer service to an existing customer of many years so congratulations on losing my custom.

Startrescue was a great breakdown…

Startrescue was a great breakdown service. Phone operator was polite and informed me what would happen every step of the way. Technician arrived quickly and solved the issue whilst maintaining safe distancing. Very impressed with the service I received and recommend them highly.

Excellent service

We rang Startrescue because the car would not start. We got straight through to someone immediately which in this day and age was amazing. We were dealt with very efficiently and within the hour the car was examined and the problem was solved. First class service. What more could you possibly require?

Don't allow life to feel flat.

The car battery died in the middle of a DIY yard *shakes head.Anyway Ladyroyd Garage were out in less than 15 mins, diagnosed the issue, had me going in less than 5 mins. No complaints at all. great service, lovely polite Eastern European chap.
